The Project
To create a commercially viable, sustainable pack of Christmas Crackers without the usual single-use plastic tat, also include a fun board game that could be reused after the crackers have been pulled.
The Challenge
To design in-house at Into the Blue and work with local suppliers to create sustainable alternatives to mass-produced plastic crackers. Use the team's local knowledge of the Isle of Wight to devise a set of easy and hard trivia questions suitable for all ages, both locals and holiday-makers.
The Result
Into the Blue Design studio created a premium set of 6 crackers with a fun trivia board game for all the family. The crackers included eveything you would expect, a hat and a festive joke, plus wooden play peices and the dice. All the cardboard is 100% recyclable, cracker gifts are wood and paper based, all made in the UK.
